Appreciation Letter
Your first Amsoil Dealer certificate will be a letter from Amsoil thanking you for starting your continuous groth as an Amsoil Dealer. To receive this letter you will need to accomplish the following:
- Sponsor 1 other Amsoil Dealer
- Accumulate 100 Commission Credits
Certificate
After you complete this next accomplishment you will receive a certificate with your name on it that you can frame and hang on the wall to show-off you hard work in the beginning steps as an Amsoil Dealer. To get this certificate you will have to accomplish the following:
- Sponsor 3 Amsoil Dealers
- Accumulate 300 Commission Credits
Key Chain
This key chain will let you know that your Amsoil business is really taking off and that you have accomplished your building blocks to a very successful career as an Amsoil Dealer. This key chain with the Amsoil logo will remind you every time you use your keys that your are appreciated by the company and motivate you into more success with Amsoil. To receive the Amsoil Key Chain you need to accomplish the following:

- Accumulate 500 Commission Credits
Achievemnet Pins
Reaching this next achievement is a big step in your Amsoil business. Amsoil will send you Achievement pins for each step you take furthering your business with Amsoil. Now your hobby really has turned into a business with this level of achievement!
1,000 Level Pin
This 1,000 pin let's people know that your a serious Amsoil Dealer. You can wear this pin with pride, and show people that you have a growing business with Amsoil. To receive this 1,000 level pin you need to accomplish the following:
- Sponsor 10 Amsoil Dealers
- Accumulate 1,000 Commission Credits
1,500 Level Pin and Pin Retirement Plaque
You have reached the next step in a very successful career in Amsoil as a Dealer. This 1,500 pin shows that you are a serious Dealer making serious money. You will also receive a finished Wood Plaque to retire your previous Achievement Pins and hang to show everyone what accomplishments you have made as an Amsoil Dealer. To receive the 1,500 Level Pin and the Retirement Plaque you will need to accomplish the following:
- Sponsor 15 Amsoil Dealers
- Accumulate 1,500 Commission Credits
2,000 Level Pin
When you reach the 2,000 Level Pin you will be close to the next BIG step in the Amsoil Dealer Business, becoming a Direct Dealer and Direct Jobber. The 2,000 Level pin will motivate you into taking your next step and will impress all customers showing you are a serious Amsoil Dealer. To receive the Level 2,000 pin you will need to accomplish the following:
- Sponsor 20 Amsoil Dealers
- Accumulate 2,000 Commission Credits
2,500 Level Pin
This is it. Your last step before becoming a Direct Dealer. This is a huge accomplishment and you should be proud of your hard work to reach this point. Your commission checks are good enough now for you to make this a full-time career and you should be proud. To receive this Level 2,500 Pin you will need to accomplish the following:
- Sponsor 25 Amsoil Dealers
- Accumulate 2,500 Commission Credits
Direct Dealer Pin and Plaque
This is a major accomplishment. You have achieved the level of Direct Dealer. This means your getting serious commission checks and this has become a full time job for you. Now you can wear the Pin of Direct Dealer and people will know you mean business. You will also receive a finished Black Walnut Plaque to hang up for your major achievement as an Amsoil Dealer. To receive the Pin of Direct Dealer and the Direct Dealer Plaque you need to accomplish the following:
- Sponsor 30 Amsoil Dealers
- Accumulate 3,000 Commission Credits
Direct Jobber Pin and Plaque
This achievement one of the biggest steps you will make as an Amsoil Dealer. Becoming a Direct Jobber means you have taken your success with Amsoil to a whole new level. You now receive the Amsoil Direct Jobber Pin and Direct Jobber Plaque. Both show that you truely have accomplished a respectable business with Amsoil. To receive the Direct Jobber Pin and Plaque you will need to accomplish the following:
- Accumulate 3,000 Commission Credits in 3 consecutive months
Direct Jobber Conventions and Travel Incentives
After you’ve made Direct Jobber, you enter an entirely new group of peers, professionals who have proven themselves successful and motivated in their Amsoil businesses. It’s a group of leaders, and Amsoil provides extra training and incentives to help them develop their leadership abilities.
Primarily, Direct Jobber training takes place at the yearly Direct Jobber Convention. Taking place over several days, the convention involves hours of motivation, training and camaraderie with fellow Direct Jobbers. It’s also full of fun, as it takes place in some of the nation’s hottest vacation spots: Las Vegas,Orlando, Nashville.
As if that weren’t enough, Amsoil sweetens the opportunity with monetary travel incentives for the attending Direct Jobbers. For example, past conventions have been preceded by Direct Jobber sponsorship contests in which the participants could earn points, and consequently cash, to be awarded at the convention. Often, Direct Jobbers end up with a free vacation, covered entirely by their winnings in the contest. Think about it: at the last convention Amsoil gave away over $16,000 to winning Direct Jobbers, with the top winner walking away with $2500!
These monetary incentives are merely supplementary to the opportunities to train, network and meet corporate staff at the convention, so it is clear that Direct Jobbers enjoy some considerable rewards. True, the marketing plan gives Dealers ample reason to aspire to each new level of achievement; but the additional incentives offered outside the marketing plan give you even stronger reasons to reach your maximum level of achievement.
The Golden Key Program
To express a great appreciation of the truly exceptional Dealer, Amsoil offers an award ideally suited for a business grounded in opportunity and automotive products: a new vehicle. Through the Golden Key Program,incentive qualified Premiere Direct Jobbers and above can own or lease a vehicle with money that Amsoil allots for that purpose. You choose the vehicle, you drive the vehicle—all at the expense of Amsoil! It’s a great chance to have the vehicle you’ve always wanted, at the same time proudly announcing to the world that you are a success.
Depending on your level of Direct Jobbership, you can earn money toward your vehicle amounting to 7–13% of your new Dealers’ commission credits for the year. Incentive qualified Premiere Direct Jobbers are those who demonstrate a level of activity that surpasses that expected of a Direct Jobber of their status. A Premiere Direct Jobber can become incentive qualified by personally sponsoring a minimum of twelve Dealers in a year. After sponsoring these Dealers within a year,Amsoil will allot money toward your vehicle based on their productivity. In other words, training and motivating the new Dealers to sell increases the amount of money you will receive each month for your vehicle. The more productive you and your new Dealers are, the more your vehicle is covered. And this is on top of the money to which you are entitled via the marketing plan from personal group sales, so it’s every bit as good as extra cash!
The Growth Bonus Program
After achieving the level of Direct Jobber, you are entitled to considerable compensation based on the sales of your personal downline, enough to maintain a good income. But you can earn more than just a good income if you and your downline continue to demonstrate considerable growth. Amsoil recognizes the need for growth in a business and offers incentive qualified Direct Jobbers extra monetary incentives for increased volume based on previous year’s sales of their personal group. Direct Jobbers can earn up to 10% of the volume exceeding a certain percentage of their personal group sales in the previous year. The program keeps you striving for further growth, encouraging you to pursue further excellence through sponsoring and training. In addition, 3% and 2% bonuses are paid.
Direct Jobber Levels
Amsoil recognizes higher levels of achievement after you become a Direct Jobber. In fact, you enter a whole new stratum of levels which you can aspire to achieve. Each new level of Direct Jobbership (Premiere Direct, Executive Direct,Master Direct,Regency Direct,Regency Silver Direct,Regency Gold Direct and Regency Platinum Direct) launches you into graduated compensation packages according to the marketing plan as well as warrants a heightened level of encouragement and recognition from Amsoil. There are, in fact, appropriate awards given by Amsoil for each new level.
Amsoil Direct Jobbers Lapel Pins
The first four levels are awarded with an exquisite lapel pin, designed exclusively for Amsoil with the Amsoil logo and a white-gold bed for the diamonds that will adorn the pin, one diamond for each consecutive level.
- Premiere Direct - Upon reaching this primary level, Direct Jobbers receive the lapel pin decorated with one diamond to represent their initial accomplishments at the Direct Jobber level. It’s a precious reminder that there are treasures to be gained.
- Executive Direct - After reaching this second level, Amsoil will set a second diamond in the Executive Direct’s pin, acknowledging that they are definitely accomplished performers even at this lofty level.
- Master Direct - Three diamonds are given to Master Directs, who have shown that they have what it takes to carry their success to even greater heights. Master Direct is a coveted status, not easily gained and deserving of the great merit acknowledged by Amsoil with three precious stones.
- Regency Direct - The Amsoil pin is complete with the fourth diamond you earn upon reaching Regency Direct status. It indicates a level of maturity in business that is a true accomplishment, even to your Direct Jobber peers.
The Amsoil Ring
The Regency series of recognition levels — Silver, Gold and Platinum — are reserved for Direct Jobbers whose accomplishments far exceed the expectations of their peers. Regency Silver,Gold and Platinum Directs have taken their businesses to the highest levels, and the compensation they receive from the marketing plan reflects their excellence. Beyond this, however, Amsoil honors their importance to the company with a symbol of the finest quality: a specially crafted Amsoil ring. The delicate design is available in sizes for both men and women and like the lapel pin, the rings are set with diamonds, one for each of the uppermost levels of recognition.
- Regency Silver - Regency Silver Directs receive the ring set with one fine diamond to represent their graduation to the initial status of Regency Silver Direct. It sets them apart from other Direct Jobbers as people who seek the ultimate standards of excellence.
- Regency Gold - You’ve struck gold, pulling yourself ahead among even the top Dealers in the company. Regency Gold Directs receive a second diamond for the ring, something that lets others know they are truly on their way to the top.
- Regency Platinum - Virtually Peerless. The few who reach this level and wear a three-diamond ring have mastered their businesses beyond all others. Their performance and achievement are to be recognized and emulated by all aspiring Dealers. Amsoil reveres these Dealers as the cornerstone of the company, and the precious ring represents the extent to which Amsoil values them.
The Amsoil Watch
The Star Regency Platinum Amsoil watch is reserved for those who have entered the truly elite level of their business. These fine gold Swiss Movado watches feature inlaid diamonds for each star you receive at the Regency Platinum level. The maximum level of Stars you can achieve is 5 Stars.
